  • Oversee the overall LCV sales and export operations for European markets, manage and coordinate vehicle export operations to ensure timely order processing, production allocation, shipment scheduling, and delivery.

  • Review and verify operational activities, shipping documents, pricing, and sales promotion support to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective operational control.

  • Collect, analyze and report market information, order, sales and inventory for monthly management report

  • Maintain close communication with customers to gather market information and analyze market trends to support sales growth.

  • Coach and guide junior staff in export operations, sales, and marketing, ensuring accurate and efficient execution of responsibilities while developing team members' capabilities and competencies.

  • Provide comprehensive support for product, service, market requirements and special business requests to customers.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, Economics, Management or a related field

  • 7+ Years experience in Export Sales Coordination

  • Fluently in English.

  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers and vendors in different countries and cultures

  • Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Understanding of customs compliance and trade compliance regulations

  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience

Job Description : 

  • Responsible for costing recording and report.
  • Record manual costing AP/AR, internal transfer inventory and verify Accounting Report correctly and timely.
  • Coordinate with other department for set up accrued costing expense.
  • Checking & Reconcile Month End Costing Transactions and Reports.
  • Reconcile all related accounts.
  • Prepare all concerned report such as Quantity Compare Report, Combine Sales Report, FX Price Adjustment Monthly Report, Repurchase Report, etc.
  • Give consultant to other business units related with Costing Transactions.
  • Observer for Physical Inventory Checking and verify Reconcile Report.
  • ACC Observer for Obsolete Stock Process and submit related document to Thailand ,Revenue Department.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountant only.
  • 0-1 year experience in Accounting (Welcome new graduated).
  • Ability to work with details under pressure and deadlines
  • Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership qualification
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communication skills.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

  • Coordinate with related parties (Business partners and suppliers) during each export procedure.
