Job Description : 

• Handle import-export shipping and prepare all import-export document by compliance in law and regulation to completed properly.
• Liaise with external freight forwarder, shipping agent, oversea customers following by shipping intruction to ensure shipped on requested.
• Liaise with other group in Parts Department for various aspects of shipping control.
• Participate with Warehouse team and sales team including others internal to fulfill the department target.
• Issue all import-export expense for each shipment to Accounting.
• Issue shipment monthly report through all concern on neccssity.
• Keeping track of shipments to ensure on board for doing shipment completion.
• Perform other takes as assigned.

Qualification : 

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Management or related.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in export operations will be advantage.
• Ability to work with details under pressure and dead lines
• Friendly & a good team player with strong leadership.
• Well organized and logical thinking.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and also communication skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
• Computer literacy in MS. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
